Anti-Fraud Policy
The Casino has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and money laundering. Suspicious accounts may be suspended without prior notice. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 or more months are subject to a monthly administrative fee of 25 EUR.
Complaints & Disputes
Complaints are handled by the support team. In the event of a dispute, server records serve as the final authority. Complaints may only be filed by the original account holder and cannot be transferred to third parties.
